Anti-Spam Policy
A status message is welcome while a parcel, pallet or removal is on its way to someone. The same address used for anything else is abuse, and we treat it that way regardless of the customer's size.
Conditions for sending
- Every message refers to one consignment with a reference number.
- The address comes from the order itself, entered by the sender or the recipient.
- Carriers confirm in writing that they hand us no purchased or rented address lists.
- Consignment data is deleted from the sending queue once the delivery is closed.
Not permitted
- Sending newsletters or promotions to past recipients.
- Status messages that are really advertisements in disguise.
- Inventing consignments to reach an address.
- Sender names that hide the carrier behind a neutral label.
How complaints are handled
- Each report gets a reply and is matched to carrier and consignment via the message headers.
- While we investigate, sending for that carrier is paused.
- Proven abuse ends the contract, and the affected address is blocked on our side for good.
- Operators of blocklists can ask us for the details of a case and get them.
