Consignment data

The carrier decides on the purpose and is the controller. We process recipient name, email, reference number and delivery dates on its instructions and only for that consignment.

Delivery records

We store whether a notice reached the mailbox or bounced, so that dead addresses are not tried again. We do not track opens.

Opt-out list

Anyone who asked not to receive notices stays on a suppression list so that a later order cannot add them by mistake.
